Bridging the Gap of Uncertainty
Craig P. - President
Born and raised in Baltimore County, Maryland. After earning a B.S. Degree from Salisbury State University, Craig
returned to the Baltimore area and became a Licensed Private Investigator. He has gained his experience working
as a surveillance specialist for several companies in Maryland. In January of 1995, Comprehensive Investigations,
Inc., became a Maryland Licensed Private Detective Agency. Since then the business has steadily grown by
providing its clients with quality services at a fair and reasonable price. In fact, Craig still works as an investigator
and conducts surveillance on a daily basis. Currently, he is an Associate member with the Baltimore Claims
Association as well as an Alumni member of the Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity.
Lori P. - Account & Office Manager
Born and raised in Baltimore County, Maryland, Lori attended the University of Baltimore and received her B.S.
Degree in Business and Marketing. She has been in the insurance industry for over a decade and has worked in
all aspects of the industry from claims to being a licensed Agent. She has worked as an Account Manager for the
past ten years helping clients and developing strong relationships that are built on honesty, integrity and
professionalism. Currently, she holds a Private Investigator's License and conducts all in-house investigations.
Lori is also an Associate member with the Baltimore Claims Association.
David C. - Senior Investigator
Raised and educated in, and a resident of Salisbury, Maryland, David manages our Eastern Shore office. He
received a B.A. Degree from Salisbury State University and returned there in 1999 to pursue a
Business/Accounting degree. David worked with Comprehensive from 1996 until 1999, when he returned to
college. In May 2002, our Eastern Shore office opened with David as the primary investigator and manager.
David's educational background, combined with his experience as a surveillance specialist, has proven to be a
benefit for our clients with assignments on the Eastern Shore of Maryland and Delaware. His knowledge of the
area, experience, and investigative skills assist us in providing affordable, quality investigations for our valued
customers. David is an active volunteer of his son's Boy Scouts of America Troop and is also an Alumni member of
Sigma Alpha Epsilon Fraternity.
Donald M. - Senior Investigator
After graduating from high school in the Prince George County, Maryland area, Don worked in route sales for
several large corporations over a 12-year period. In March 1995, he became a Maryland Licensed Private
Investigator conducting insurance fraud. He started with Comprehensive Investigations, Inc., in January 1998 and
has become an integral member of the business due to his experience, knowledge, and surveillance expertise.
Don has testified as an expert witness at W.C.C. Hearings and Civil Trials on numerous occasions and he
consistently conducts himself in a professional and competent manner.
Jeffrey C. - Supervisor
Raised in Baltimore Country, Maryland, he attended the University of Maryland, College Park and received a B.A.
Degree. He subsequently returned to the area and gained valuable experience handling insurance claims while he
was employed with a Baltimore Law Firm and Progressive Insurance Company. He changed careers to become an
investigator with Comprehensive Investigations, Inc., in August 2000. Jeff's knowledge of claims created the
transition to a surveillance investigator an easy task. He is a valuable asset to our team due to experience,
knowledge, and professionalism. Jeff is an alumni member of the Phi Sigma Kappa fraternity at the University of
Maryland, College Park.
Ben M. - Investigator
While earning a B.A. Degree from the University of Illinois at Springfield, Ben was a licensed investigator in
Belleville, Illinois. He relocated to the Baltimore area in 2000 and immediately became a Maryland Licensed
Investigator, conducting insurance fraud investigations. In April 2002, Ben joined our team and has rapidly become
a reliable and skilled investigator with the availability to conduct surveillance at non traditional times and locations.
His educational background in criminal justice, combined with his surveillance experience and skill, have been an
asset in numerous assignments in which a favorable outcome was awarded. Ben is a member of the Pi Theta
Kappa (a National Honor Society), and a FAA Certified Private Pilot.
Beth W. - Administrative Assistant
Raised in Kailua, Hawaii, and a graduate of the University of Hawaii, Beth also earned Associate Degrees from
Honolulu Community College. She moved to Maryland with her husband in 2001 and began working with our team
in 2002. Beth provides office and administrative support, accessing various computer database programs which
provide important background information and are searched on a daily basis. Beth performs various tasks which
are essential to the daily operation of the office as well as providing technical assistance to each field investigator.
Monica E. - Administrative Assistant
Raised and educated in Baltimore County, Monica earned a B.A. Degree in English from Towson University. Since
then, she has worked as a personal assistant/caseworker for Congressman Clarence Long, and as a legal
assistant and medical secretary while raising two children with her husband. Monica joined our team in 2005 and
with her knowledge and experience as a medical and legal secretary, along with her professional attitude and
demeanor, she immediately became a valuable component of our report writing process. Her ability to view video
footage and vividly describe the physical activity in a clear and concise manner has been an asset that is
recognized by attorneys and clients. Her cheerful nature and positive attitude is evident when you contact our
office. Monica and her family are current members of the Country Club of Maryland.
