Lori P.  -  President

Born and raised in Baltimore County, Maryland, Lori attended the University of Baltimore and received
her B.S. Degree in Business and Marketing.  She has been in the insurance industry since 1988
and has worked in all aspects of the industry from claims to being a licensed Agent and more
recently, Fraud Investigator.  In 1997, she began working as an Account Manager / Office Manager
for Comprehensive Investigations, Inc..  For the past 14 years, she has acquired and retained
clients by developing strong relationships that are built on honesty, integrity and professionalism.  
In 2007, she became the president and principal shareholder of the corporation.  
Thereafter, Comprehensive Investigations, Inc. became officially registered with the (MDOT)
State of Maryland as a Minority Business Enterprise (MBE/DBE).
Currently, Lori manages the daily business operations, communicates with the clients and
supervises the employees.  She has been a Maryland Licensed Private Investigator since 1998
and conducts all in-house investigations and some covert surveillance assignments.  


Craig P.  -  Treasurer / Senior Investigator

Born, raised and educated in Baltimore County, Maryland.  After earning a B.S. Degree from Salisbury
University, Craig returned to the Baltimore area and became a Licensed Private Investigator in 1987.  
He gained his experience working as a surveillance specialist for several companies in Maryland.  In
January 1995, Comprehensive Investigations, Inc., became a Maryland Licensed Private Detective
Agency with Craig as the Licensee and owner.  Since then, the business has steadily grown by
providing its clients with quality investigative services at a fair and reasonable price.  Currently, Craig
handles all of the financial administrative duties and is responsible for quality control and training.  
He is a Licensed Private Investigator in Maryland and Delaware and handles surveillance
assignments in both areas.  Craig is an alumni member of Sigma Alpha Epsilon Fraternity.


Jeffrey C.  -  Supervisor / Investigator

Born and raised in Baltimore County, Maryland, Jeff attended the University of Maryland, College Park
and received a B.A.Degree.  He subsequently returned to the area and gained valuable experience
handling insurance claims while he was employed with a Baltimore Law Firm and Progressive
Insurance Company.  In August 2000, he changed careers to become an investigator with
Comprehensive Investigations, Inc.  Jeff's knowledge of claims made the transition to a surveillance
investigator and supervisor an easy task.  He is a valuable asset to our team due to his experience,
knowledge, and professionalism.  He has testified as an expert witness at numerous WCC Hearings
over the last 10 years. He is a Licensed Private Investigator in Maryland and Delaware and handles
assignments in those areas.  Jeff is an alumni member of the Phi Sigma Kappa fraternity
at the University of Maryland, College Park.  


Ben M.  -  Surveillance Specialist / Investigator

While earning a B.A. Degree from the University of Illinois at Springfield, Ben was a licensed
investigator in Belleville, Illinois.  He relocated to the Baltimore area in 2000 and immediately became
a Maryland Licensed Investigator, conducting insurance fraud investigations.  In April 2002, Ben
joined our team and has rapidly become a reliable and skilled investigator with the availability to
conduct surveillance at non traditional times and in difficult locations. He is a tenacious investigator
with good instincts and the ability to follow (shadow) the subject.  His educational background in
criminal justice, combined with his surveillance experience and skill, has been an asset in numerous
assignments in which a favorable outcome was awarded.  Ben is a member of the Pi Theta Kappa
(a National Honor Society), and a FAA Certified Private Pilot.  He is a Licensed Private
Investigator in both Maryland and Delaware.


Beth W.  -  Administrative Assistant / Investigator

Raised in Kailua, Hawaii, and a graduate of the University of Hawaii, Beth also earned Associate
Degrees from Honolulu Community College.  She moved to Maryland with her husband in 2001 and
began working with our team in 2002.  Beth provides office and administrative support, accessing
various computer database programs which provide important background information and are
searched on a daily basis.  Beth performs various tasks which are essential to the daily operation
of the office as well as providing technical and background assistance to each field investigator.  
She is also a Maryland Licensed Private Investigator.


Theresa D. - Investigator / Office Assistant

Born, raised, and educated in Howard County, Maryland, Theresa began her career as an
IT specialist with Baxter Healthcare Corporation.  In 1994, she was promoted to Regional
Operations Coordinator and transferred to Colorado Springs, Colorado.  While raising four children
with her husband, she changed jobs in 1997 and began working for Quintiles Research Corporation
in North Carolina. In 2002, she returned to Maryland and continued her career while raising her
children.  In 2007, Theresa became a member of the Comprehensive Investigations team working
with the office support staff.  She has since become a very important member of our staff due to
her professional demeanor, business knowledge, and positive attitude.  She performs a wide
array of background support and office tasks as well as being a Maryland Licensed Private
Investigator conducting covert investigations.  


David M. - Surveillance Specialist

Raised and educated in Baltimore, Maryland, David joined the United States Marine Corps Reserve
upon completion of Woodlawn High School graduation in 2000.  During his enlistment, he graduated
from the Marine Corps Recruit Depot at Paris Island; Marine Corps Combat Training; Military
Occupational Specialty School and was promoted to the rank of Lance Corporal.
After his discharge in 2006, he began working in the construction / heavy equipment field
coordinating work assignments and supplies for construction sites.  In 2010, he decided to change
careers and was immediately hired by Comprehensive Investigations and trained as a surveillance
specialist.  He has quickly become a very thorough and skilled investigator with the ability to obtain
high-quality video footage evidence in difficult situations and surroundings.  He has proven to be a
reliable, intelligent, and professional investigator as well as an important part of our team.  David is a
Maryland Licensed Private Investigator handling assignments in the Baltimore / Washington areas.


Shawn C. - Investigator

Born and raised in Anne Arundel County, Maryland, Shawn earned an Associate of Arts Degree from
Anne Arundel Community.  He then attended the University of Maryland, College Park, and received a
B.A. Degree in Criminal Justice in 2008.  He then worked in Loss Prevention for Best Buy before
becoming a Licensed Private Detective.  Shawn joined our team in 2010 and is learning the various
skills needed in order to become a thorough and professional investigator.  He is a Maryland Licensed
Private Investigator and handles assignments in the Baltimore area.
